The opportunity to join our Digital Transformation and Product Labs (DTPL), a high performing function in Risk and Compliance driving the transformation of front to back processes and delivering on a common data platform with advanced analytics, case management, self-service digital assistance and robotics capabilities
The team's mission is to ensure a smooth submission of risk related initiatives from high level ideas, through the requirement analysis phase, until the initiatives have been approved and resources have been mobilized
You will drive the process of requirement gathering, internal alignment, including resource and time estimation, submission of proposals for the relevant decision boards, as well as overall progress tracking
The opportunity to collaborate in multifaceted initiatives and projects across several functions and divisions including Risk & Compliance, IT, Finance and Front Office
Prepare workshops and presentations for management on different seniority levels and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed
We are open to discuss flexible working hours
Higher education in Economics, IT or a science related field
Proven experience of at least four years in Banking, Consulting or Project Management
Previous experience in data analytics and/or change projects would be a great asset
Very good analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear way
Objective, results-oriented and proactive personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true partnership
Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
