Financial Institutions are key to the realisation of MUFG EMEA's strategy. The Financial Institutional FX Sales Desk is responsible for planning and delivering the coverage strategy for Institutional Clients in FX across EMEA, from a centralised UK based sales team with knowledge of EMEA markets.
NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Liaise with Clients and work with Key Internal Stakeholders to plan and deliver the coverage strategy for Institutional Clients in FX across the bank and Securities business.
Identify and help to implement the key requirements in order to realise the plan
Provide FX coverage to clients in order to meet targets set in the plan
Assist in reviewing current and prospective client list in EMEA across the Bank and Securities Business
Assist in reviewing current FX capabilities, identify gaps and propose requirements based on solid business case, four focus to be:
Assist in creating an in-depth Business Plan based on identified target clients and critical points mentioned above
Phased approach according to segments, client sophistication/ requirements
Oversee implementation of coverage model
As a functionally dual-hatted employee, develop treasury business on an entity-agnostic basis (For this responsibility reporting is to the same person as in the hiring entity who is also dual-hatted). The booking of transaction in MUFG Securities EMEA plc (MUSE) / dealing on account of MUSE are both excluded from your roles and responsibilities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years' experience in FX Sales
Deep knowledge of MENA markets essential
