They are currently looking for an IT support with 5+ years experience to join their team to provide all levels of support (helpdesk and systems) for all internal users in Hong Kong. Candidates must be proactive and be highly fluent in both English and Cantonese.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Provide desktop application and support services
Support systems and network maintenance
Provide initial customer support (Tier 1 & 2)
Handle daily IT operations
Involved with IT projects
Escalate issues accordingly
Assist with any ad-hoc projects
The Successful Applicant Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or any related degree
3+ years of experience in IT support
IT support experience in financial industry is an advantage
Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters application support experience is an advantage
Must have good communication skills in Cantonese and English
