The individual selected for this position must be able to work remotely for at least the fall semester. If campus reopens for the Spring semester the expectation is to be in person for the remainder of the fellowship.
Will work directly with the deputy athletics director to assist wherever necessary
Float to various areas of the athletics department each week
Video work with multimedia coordinator, compliance, fundraising/stewardship, etc.
Will receive 40 hours of education from various leaders in the institution (including the President and Dean of Faculty)
Must adhere to all Harvard University, Ivy League and NCAA rules and regulations.
Broad understanding of how a Division I athletics department operates
Understanding of the Ivy League and how it operates
How to support various coaches
Stipend: Up to $2,500 per month
