As a Loan Operations Specialist you will be covering a wide range of responsibilities including customer support, loan application validation, fraud detection, and collections. You will be directly assisting customers with applications, review related documentation and communicate with consumers by phone and through our internal portal, as well as enhancing our collections' effort on delinquent loans.
1 to 3+ years' experience in an Operations, Collections or Client Service role
Industry experience from a Lending, Banking or Insurance institution
Ability to work some weekends and public holidays on rotation
Strong communication skills and experience with consumer support by phone and email
Bachelor Degree preferred.
This Loan Operations Specialist role will eventually be based out of the midtown Manhattan office after the pandemic so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are able to work some weekends on rotation.
