Are you highly experienced in capital markets? Do you have in-depth knowledge of fixed income markets, including derivatives? Then you can provide comprehensive support to the Head of the Funding Division and the Senior Funding Officer within the Council of Europe Development Bank.

At the heart of a small team, you will enjoy involvement in a wide range of funding activities and some far-reaching projects. In particular, you will execute and secure funding transactions via syndication or private placement (MTN or N-bonds), conduct hedging operations in various currencies and prepare presentations, documentation and daily market updates. At a strategic level, you will help shape our overall funding strategy, whilst constantly monitoring market developments and investor demand, and you will champion Sustainable Finance and Fintech issues, giving you visibility and impacting the way we work. You would have the opportunity for occasional travel to represent the Funding Division at key fora and meetings.
To be equal to the challenge, you will need:
A degree-level education specialising in banking, finance or engineering
Experience of using Bloomberg and Reuters
Proven ability to manage databases
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
An innovative, self-motivated and results-oriented approach
Full fluency in English, ideally backed by a good knowledge of French
