About the role
In this role some of the key responsibilities are to:
Act as a Business Partner to Quilter Investors focusing on Expenses.
Produce high quality management information which assist the Business Unit Finance teams understand their expense position.
Support the Business Unit to produce high quality expense budgets and plans to link in with overall Quilter Finance planning processes.
Producing budgets & forecasts with commentaries which provide analysis and deliver insight on the underlying performance of the Business Unit.
Improving the impact, and understanding, of expense reporting - including cost allocation - on business performance.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experiences:
Experience of working in a Finance function within Financial Services advantageous
Familiarity with working with multiple stakeholders and to tight timescales in a delivery focused fashion
Experience of working in a highly results-orientated, growth and performance driven environment, with a focus on excellence
Ability to interrogate systems and navigate complex infrastructure
Demonstrable track record of delivering on time and quality
Advanced MS Excel skills
Prior Expense Business Partnering experience advantageous
Strong interpersonal and relationship management capability
