The Role Responsibilities
The role is focused on supporting Global Head, CCIB Digital Channels and Data Analytic in:
strategic and business performance planning and execution
driving DCDA performance and results
planning and execution of management meetings, committees, country visits, events, business engagements
day to day running of the 'head office" in an effective and efficient manner
facilitating internal and external communication and delivering high quality and clear management information and presentations
supporting corporate governance, adherence to policies, cost centre management, budget management, approvals and housekeeping and office administration matters
continuously improving business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures, and sharing best practices.
Strategic and Business Performance Planning, Execution and Tracking Deliverables
Assist with strategic planning including the development and production of strategic plans, management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation.
Lead, develop, implement, and track digital initiatives / projects, priorities, shared agenda, deliverables
Work with product, segment and T&I stakeholders to identify and prioritise digital and data use cases and associated investments
Design, set up and implement the "operating rhythm" and ways of working with the objective of running head office in a structured, organized, disciplined and smooth manner
Support the design, review, and roll-out of scorecards
Meetings, committees, country visits, events, and engagement
Prepare reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making at various forums (e.g. Group MT / PGC / CIBMT/ RMT / ALCO / CEF, etc)
Liaise with Group Corporate Secretariat on papers and follow-up action items for Group Committees, Board Committees and Board meetings and prepare reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making at GRC, GRRC etc).
Organise all aspects of management team and committee meetings and country visits and events
Coordinate and support business engagements with other teams / partners in the Bank and external parties (i.e. consultants, vendors, auditors, regulators, clients, media/publications, etc).
Communication and Delivery of Management Information, Presentations
Support the delivery of management information and high-quality presentations as required
Work with communication team to facilitate both internal and external communication (e.g., business update, appointments, team calls, town halls, press release, Bridge, media interviews) as well as brand / marketing related activities (e.g., client events, industry / proprietary forums, etc).
Familiarise with key policies (on delegated authorities, T&E, G&E, OBI, Block Leave, Handbook etc.)
Manage delegated authorities, powers of attorney and systems access, T&E, G&E approvals and associated registers
Manage cost centre to ensure that the office is operating within budget.
Manage corporate governance matters as required
Ensure "housekeeping matters" are in order such as completion of mandatory team e learning, trainings, job objectives completed etc.
Maintain system of filing and record keeping
Assist in performance reviews
Continuously improve business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures. Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevancy.

Multi cultural awareness. Proven success of working effectively with people of different backgrounds.
Graduate with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel a must.
