Manage engagement programs & develop new initiatives to strengthen the value proposition for DBS Treasures segment
To develop and enhance the centrally-driven engagement strategy for TR clients through leveraging on AI/client data and insights from the TRMs. This requires close collaboration with Franchise, BA & Marketing where the candidate will implement effective and efficient below-the-line customer communication plan from initiation to tracking to assist sales distribution in product cross-sell efforts through the selection of the appropriate group of customers. The customer communication plan would comprise of a combination of leads management, eDMs and other modes of communication.
To assist in developing digital initiatives as part of the push towards digitalization for this segment - this includes researching in the market for new initiatives, sourcing for vendors, evaluating ideas and pushing through the initiative end-to-end.
To manage client engagement via events for Treasures clients - this would include managing the invitation, selecting the appropriate base of clients, to onsite management of events (be it webinar or physical event), and post-event engagement.
To assist in working with eco-system partners & drive initiatives to strengthen the proposition offerings for Treasures clients. This would include sourcing for partners, negotiating and developing a meaningful offering, to putting it together and communicating it to clients.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the finance industry preferably with good knowledge of banking products and related processes.
Demonstrate strong understanding of customer behaviour, customer journeys and industry trends.
Creative, with the ability to think of out-of-the-box solutions
Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and communications skills.
