In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Drive and deliver risk and control related initiatives, including themed reviews with key focus on AML/CFT Point of advisory on risk and control matters to operations units Proactive identification, assessment and resolution of operational risk in tandem with stakeholders through analysis and monitoring of risk trends Perform independent assessment of root causes and mitigating actions for issues/errors as well as any subsequent escalation and reporting Perform independent reviews for new product papers impacting ops processes and make the recommendations
Oversight on the MIS for SG IBGO including Key Risk Indicators and other metrics, to facilitate escalations and timely resolution
Lead the team to deliver the risk and control agenda covering topics such as analytics, risk and control self-assessment, risk reviews, key point of contact for all audit related matters and Ops Resiliency agenda Promote operational risk awareness and a strong control culture through rolling out of trainings and campaigns
Minimum 8-year experience in an Operations or Risk and Control role with a financial institution
Knowledge and experience in Corporate Banking products such as Securities and Fiduciary Services and Corporate Loans will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills required to critically evaluate information for key risk assessments
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential
Ability to work independently and prioritize the deliverables under tight deadlines
