Drive and lead Claims related process improvement through innovation and digitalisation, not only optimizing and standardizing process for consistency and control for Claims operation teams but also enabling Claims model change to cope with scalable growth
Manage and support the assigned corporate-wide, cross-departmental and Medical network initiatives on behalf of Claims and ensure successful project implementation and delivery by following the agile approach and the prescribed project management standard
Define user stories, recommending solutions, designing test plan, conduct testing, implementation, post implementation monitoring and provide user training
Produce effective progress reports to keep senior management appraised of project status, major risks and issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or misses
Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve the personal and team objectives that contribute to the achievement of the KPIs of Claims and PHKL
To collect customer & distributor feedback through direct discussion or interviews, surveys, focus groups, customer specifications, observation, warranty data, field reports, complaint logs, etc.
Identify emerging business issues and/or opportunities in Claims Operations during project handling, market trend and analysis
Perform ad hoc assignments
Degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management (preferably with insurance/financial industry), in which 2 years in supervisory role
Broad knowledge of Claims Operations, specific knowledge in process improvement is desirable
Solid experience and proven track record to lead delivery of scalable projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude, highly flexible, able to deliver outstanding results under challenging environment
Good leadership and motivation skills
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
