Manage national and international M&A projects with focus on financial services industry
Handle strategically motivated acquisitions and sales
Manage complex deal processes and multidisciplinary projects and dealing with capital market questions and business plans
Create and design financial models by using a wide range of research tools for market and company analysis
Take responsibility for identifying new business opportunities and using an extensive network to elaborate on these
Foreseeing future trends and developments and adapt quickly by continuously learning from each other and by means of continuous training
Manage and develop further team members from the M&A team
This is what makes you successful
Master Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or Economics
At least 5-6 years of professional M&A experience in a consulting firm, an M&A Boutique, an investment bank or in corporate development, ideally with experience in a financial services transactions
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in dealing with complex problems and being ready to present innovative, creative and pragmatic solutions
Leadership experience would be a plus
Great team player and ability to use a wide array of communication and productivity tools
Proficient in German and English, French or Italian is a plus
Clarity on Mergers & Acquisitions in 100 seconds
