CRS Portfolio and Business Evaluation Head will have primary responsibility for managing the end to end delivery of real estate analytics, which includes reviewing proposed transactions, developing financial models (pro-forma cash and P&L statements) for all Real estate strategies, City plans, various strategic initiatives and BAU initiatives, articulate key drivers and economics of the proposals to respective stakeholders up to senior executives and manage the approval process. It also includes :
- Provide oversight and leadership to the Business Evaluation team - Drive collation of information for IEP preparation from all APAC countries, manage drafting of the IEPs, manages communications with the countries - Run the APAC IEP approval meeting, set agenda for the meeting and presentation of IEPs - Present IEPs for NY for concurrence, work with Sub-region and Function heads to present IEPs to country management - Manage IEP approval process on REALMS system as per IEP policy and approval delegations
Work closely with Business Office Head and Sub-region Heads on the various City plans, RE strategies, and optimization plans that are developed for the countries and provide them with financial and strategic inputs to optimize portfolio and drive saves
Oversee the formulation of business evaluation procedures and documents for the entire APAC region, ensuring accuracy and quality of the underlying financial models.
Ensure compliance with Citi and CRS policies and procedures as well as legal, regulatory, safety and environmental agencies to maximize the value of a portfolio of properties and safe operation thereof.
Partnering with internal stakeholders (asset/transaction/project/finance managers) to ensure adequate implementation of the strategic portfolio rationalization
Liaise with business managers, Real Estate Service providers and other Shared Service Units within Citi to facilitate all occupancy needs and requirements that include new project development, corporate real estate services, portfolio analysis, renovation, space planning, relocation or consolidation of operations and disposition of surplus property.
Developing executive presentations, project reports, and dashboards
Assisting in tracking actuals investment spend and productivity (savings) results as against approved amounts
Provide financial inputs on various RE initiatives and strategies to FP&A team during planning and other budgeting cycle
Experience of working in diverse international environment

Experience of process management
Experience of managing remote teams
Knowledge of Corporate real estate industry

Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles
Good IT skills covering all Microsoft Office products and MS Project, spreadsheet /analytical/modeling skills
Strong command of English, both spoken and written
Formal financial qualification
