Developing responsible and innovative financial solutions through the use of data and technology
Reporting to the Innovation Lead, as tech & data lead, you will coordinate with a wide range of business stakeholders and operational teams to implement technical and /or data driven solutions answering their needs and bringing them direct business value. We are looking for a dual profile siting in-between Computer Science and Data Science as you will need to juggle between the two depending on the use case.
During your assignment you will be responsible to:
Work with the business teams and sponsor to identify issues, challenge requirements and advise on the good solutions using a data driven approach
Identify internal or external data sources / datasets / technologies relevant to answer those objectives
Do exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends and discover insights in order to refine the objectives
Implement the appropriate solution (BI dashboard, machine learning model, POC API) to answer those objectives
Share the results back to business experts and present them in a clear and compelling way to the sponsor and stakeholders
Propose improvements to the business based on the interpretations of those results
Learn quickly & stay up to date with the latest technology, techniques and methods by scouting externally
Look for opportunities to use insights/datasets/code/models across other functions in the organization independently
Profile Academic Background and Certifications, Experience
Fresh graduates only
A degree with a major and a minor in the following subject is required:
o Data Science o Mathematics, Statistics or Economics o Computer Science or Information Systems
Previous academic knowledge or corporate internship experience is required with:
The ability to manipulate large dataset from database, data warehouse or data lake (Azure or AWS datalike preferred)
A good knowledge of scripting languages (must have at least Python)used for data preparation, data analysis purposes or API development.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions (such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, Tibco SpotFire) will be a strong plus
Implementation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning algorithms
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an inclination to think out of the box
Excellent level of written and verbal communication in English
Ability to make complex ideas easy to understand
Strong attention to details
Ability to cooperate
Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
Willing to learn and develop new skills
