This role will be fully integrated into the team to provide ongoing advice and assurance for business' compliance with all regulatory rules, obligations, and industry standards.
You will play a proactive part in the providing compliance advice across the business driving knowledge sharing and the dissemination of consistent best practice standards
You will provide support to the Head of Compliance in the Leadership, management and continuous development of the Compliance Team to maximise performance in the delivery of compliance advice across the business, whilst promoting a compliance centric culture and best practice in all areas of business engagement
The candiate should have:
At least 5 years' experience of working in a technical Compliance team at leading financial services firms. Lloyds experience desirable.
Professional insurance, banking or compliance qualifications, and membership of a professional body is highly desirable
A good working knowledge of FCA rulebooks, business plans and the approach to supervision.
