This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chief Compliance Office (CCO) COO organization as Head of Change Delivery (CD) for APAC, located in Singapore
You will have the full responsibility for building and owning the CCO Change team in APAC and driving the successful delivery of Business and Regulatory driven transformation Change within the APAC region
You will drive a consistent approach to project management that allows for accountability as well as effective delivery:
Standardized definition of roles and responsibilities
Establish project management best methods, demonstrating consistent project reporting suite to ensure appropriate escalation and risk/issue identification
Provide the best methods/recommended guidelines for certain activities
Assess the impact (end-to-end process, IT architecture) of project on other strategic and pivotal initiatives / business design and processes
Take on total cost of ownership view and make sure that change is transparent and managed optimally
Actively seek opportunities to provide outstanding project / PMO framework which allows for cost efficiencies in projects
Dedicated to maintaining positive relationships with senior business partners within the organization and awareness of focus and priorities
Being a partner for peers across CCO and Technology, you deliver innovative solutions reflecting the needs of the organization, and in doing so contribute to the successful implementation of our strategy
Align deliverables with overall functional and bank-wide strategies and promote transparency and accountability around the whole spectrum of change delivery

A University degree or an equivalent education, ideally with further education in project management
At least 10 years of proven relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within the banking industry
A solid track record of leading and driving a culture of change and continuous improvement
Good judgement and common sense in decision-making combined with solid principles of good conduct and ethics behavior
Ability to propose and develop interim solutions whilst strategic solutions are in planning
Demonstrated deep understanding of compliance issues and trends combined with a strong control mind set with understanding of risks inherent in processes and how to mitigate them
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as outstanding communications skills which enable you to lead change within an organization
Confidence and the ability to work with the executive management combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Capabilities to exercise independent judgement and discretion in confidential matters
You understand the strategy of Credit Suisse, its ambitious positioning and the broader financial services landscape
Result oriented, hardworking and can work on own initiative and deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
