To support the oversight and transfer process of the Collective Invest Schemes (CIS) and ISA Governance (including OIB/SIPPs/GIA's) functions within the Product Management (PM) Team. Help provide guidance to the Front Office to ensure the ISA rules are adhered to. Assist with process changes and testing around system enhancements in-line with ISA regulations.
The role reports to the Head of Product Management. Overview of Key Duties: Assist with the Co-ordination and oversight of the external and internal transfer process for ISA's GIA's SIPP's Charities, & OIB's Assisting with the co-ordination of new and closing CIS's Establish and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external parties and ensuring that regular meetings are diarised and attended Assist with support and oversight for existing and new CIS and Sub-Advisory funds to the Front Office, Swiss Securities Operations Centre and counterparties Support management with ad-hoc projects Assist with process changes and testing around system enhancements in-line with regulations Maintaining and monitoring effective internal controls and procedures Keeping abreast of industry developments and regulations Provide support for the administration of ISA Plan transfers, providing regular updates/support to the Front Office, Swiss Service Centre and ISA Plan Managers Provide guidance to the Front Office to ensure the ISA rules are adhered to Provide support for the administrative tasks relating to OIB's Provide cover and support to the wider WM Operations team as and when required Provide cross training within the PM Team
Role Description Intellectual Demands Investment Operations Certificate qualified or its equivalent Relevant experience in asset transfers within wealth management or equivalent environment An attention to detail coupled with the ability to work under pressure at busy times Forward thinking, constructive and enthusiastic approach to work Ability to work unsupervised, meeting deadlines in a high volume environment Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office Communication Good communicator both orally and written and a team player with the ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
