A diversified role within the Compliance team of Compliance Operations covering a wide spectrum of UHNWI clients booked in the Business Area Emerging Europe
In this exciting position you take on responsibility for reviewing, controlling and approving all client documentation in the client onboarding and lifecycle process, consistent with all identification regulations and guidelines (CDB 20 and CDD), tax agreements and other legal and contractual guidelines
You are in day to day contact with client facing employees, support and advise on complex cases and the reviews performed for CDB, CDD, FATCA and AEI, provide guidance and know-how transfer
Through close collaboration with various partners across divisions you build up and maintain a bank-wide network within an international environment
In this position you will get the chance to define your Compliance skills
You will be included in a multifaceted, international and highly motivated team
A university degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Political Science, or International Relations, or alternatively you have completed a banking apprenticeship with further education in a relevant field
Proven experience in Audit, Compliance and / or Business Risk Management
A further experience as (Assistant) Relationship Manager or in corporate service would be considered as an asset
Business proficiency in English; Russian or Hebrew language skills would be an advantage
By fulfilling an advisory role expertly you ensure the independence of the Compliance function
You bring strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills, a detail oriented mentality as well as passion for Legal, Compliance and Risk topics
