Responsible for case management (pre- and post-sale)
Pre-sales: Liaise with the sales reps, Business Development Managers, New Business, Underwriting and Compliance teams to assist with understanding and gathering of required financial and medical documents, underwriting requirements and other necessary documents for both prelim and formal submissions
Post-sales: Liaise with back end office on in force requests, including policy changes, illustrations, claims and transactions
Facilitate Premium Financing for plans sold through Agency distribution channel
To track and maintain agreed upon inforce rates and turnaround time
Preparation of regular reports on submissions from various distribution channels
Participate in processes review with internal department and find resolutions to improve the current processes
Provide training to sales representatives
Any other tasks and duties assigned
Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
Diploma or Degree holder
Middle Office or High Net Worth operations experience is preferred
Proficient in computer software like Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative & drive in the job
Meticulous and able to work independently
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work with multiple channels
High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
