The Role Responsibilities
Perform hands on reviews of the business & IT resilience capabilities against identified ICS risk and threat scenarios and document the runbook for critical processes/services of a business unit.
Assist the ICS TRP Business Resilience Senior Manager with the development, management and tracking of plans, milestones and progress including production of any management information.
Assist with the submission of workstream scorecard and dashboard to ICS TRP working groups and steering committee.
Provide regular reports and updates to the ICS TRP Business Resilience Senior Manager on key program deliverables and deadlines.
Ensure that risks and issues are escalated to the ICS TRP Business Resilience Senior Manager in a timely manner.
Lead and/or facilitate meeting with the representatives from the Technology and Business and maintain stakeholder engagement in the development of the business recovery runbook.
Assist the ICS TRP Business Resilience Senior Manager with day-to-day project management as required.
Participate in training/ read literature or other educational offerings to keep abreast of new developments and technologies related to business continuity and cyber security.
Our Ideal Candidate
At least 8 years' experience working in financial institutions.
Good understanding of Business Continuity processes and best practices.
2-3 years of Information Security experience with exposure to COBIT 5, ITIL, NIST Cyber security & ISO security governance frameworks will be an added advantage.
Experienced in banking products and segments, Business Resilience and IT Disaster Recovery will be an added advantage
Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
Well developed, flexible interpersonal skills appropriate at all levels of engagement within the Bank's multi- cultural environment.
Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation and reporting
