This international law firm is looking to hire a Global Company Secretary to support the firms Senior Leadership Team in designing, implementing and managing the firms company secretarial processes
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with setting agenda for global/regional boards meeting.
Collating materials to assist with board meetings and ensuring cohesion between Global and Regional boards.
Oversee/ co-ordinate Director and share holder resignation and appointments across international offices.
Working closely with the firms General Counsel on providing advice in relation various projects/ transactions including but not limited to mergers/demerges, corporate restructurings, financing agreements etc.
This is a great role for an individual eager to take a leadership role and develop the firms company secretarial function. You will ideally have law firm experience in order to hit the ground running.
This role is also available on a fixed term contract basis but will ideally be a permanent role. Interviews will take place through VC.
