Overall all IBGO platforms governance (Dashboard, Budget/ business case, confluence and scorecard), follow up all critical issues with respective functions and play scrum master role to clear road block for all digital initiatives. Establish close partnership with all Regional Business, Technologies and countries to support the delivery of Regional IBGO digital strategy To function as the key facilitator for workshops or North Stars projects, establish close partnership with Central Platform / Transformation & Innovation team to keep abreast on latest market insights/ research and explore & drive innovations/experimentations for Horizon 3 North Star vision Drive Change Management Governance on large scale regional operationalization for new digitized processes, ensure the quality of training materials and delivery at country level with respective function teams Establish Agile way of working culture and drive up people awareness via agile trainings and practices. Maintain and govern platforms/ new digitalized processes training repository and keep track & monitor people skills transformation Manage IBGO change management community and country change management quality. Ring-fence issues or challenges for management updates In-charge of Ops Digitalization & IBGO Platform Communication strategy, including presentation materials for senior management update, newsletter, platform updates/ townhall
Bachelor's Degree holder from an accredited college or university Minimum 13 years of relevant work experience with s pecific knowledge of the target business area (e.g. Institutional Banking, Investment Banking, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Risk, Audit, Legal, etc.) Experience in governance, risk, compliance or operational functions within corporate banking business environment Demonstrate leadership qualities, preferably in Business Management/ Change or Program Management with experience in business and data analysis, agile, change management, process improvement and project management Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to facilitate meetings and present to senior business executives
