The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
We are currently looking for a professional who will be responsible for planning and managing advocacy and experience campaigns within a centralised capability.
Strategic Advocacy Planning Support the Advocacy & Experience Lead on the development and implementation of advocacy strategies to drive the planned activities in within ICS TRP Work with Advocacy & Experience Lead to anticipate, flag and identify potential issues and consider these in communications planning and execution. Advise on positioning, presentation and timing for Change and Experience initiatives and proof points. Drive execution efficiency and knowledge-sharing within the broader communications taskforce
Brand Governance and Content Management Ensure that tone of voice, messaging, and behaviours are aligned across our function including alignment with the Operation's narrative and the Bank's corporate narrative when we engage and communicate. Be the Brand Governance Lead and manage delivering communications, including designing and input into collaterals required for the whole function using the different tools and in compliance with existing Bank's brand governance mandates. Work with Advocacy & Experience Lead to better align with CABM team(s) to ensure alignment with corporate representation of both the leader and employee voice in relevant project and programmes both within the function and in the broader Bank. Identify opportunities and adopt new practices to improve the operational delivery and excellence Write and deliver high quality internal communication collaterals, content and ensure we are telling an effective story about our strategy and cultural transformation as we engage staff. Manage vendors, storyboarding and editing for video and digital content where required. Identify and roll-out tactical improvements to the Bridge/ Poppulo and operating model to drive greater consistency and campaign optimisation
Stakeholder Management Engage with the broader teams within our function and across markets to ensure plans are contextualised and communicated Manage and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure we are advocating about the delivery against our function's defined priorities Work with stakeholders in business/ region/country teams to ensure the content and campaigns are created and executed in-step with overall plans, defined narratives and activities Work with the Advocacy Lead in crafting messaging for senior stakeholders within our function.
Experience, Skills & Qualification: Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in internal/ external communications, corporate communications, cross-cultural communications, training/development, branding, corporate writing, social media management and publishing, and event organisation in a corporate and/or creative agency environment. Multinational corporation experience is a plus. Advanced writing, communication and publishing skills in English, with high competency in MS Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). Graphic design and video editing skills would be an added advantage. Advanced MS SharePoint skills, Jive and Poppulo systems A reasonably competent level of understanding of information technology and user-oriented information security. A Diploma/ Degree in a related field. Extended years of advanced writing & communication experience can also be considered. Proven track record of excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, able to deliver under tight timelines. Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at appropriate levels, ensuring an open, cooperative work environment
