Providing services to end users within their own management in accordance with the ICT policy of the organization
Installing and solving problems with software
Installing and repairing hardware
Regularly visits the various branches within the Provincial Management in order to detect questions and problems
User support for end users with complex network, system or PC problems
Manages, in consultation with the external partner, for all locations (including production units) of the Provincial Directorate, both the fixed and wireless network in accordance with the central guidelines
Coordinates and records all incidents and problems related to telephony and call center Providing services to end users within the own management in accordance with the ICT policy of the organization
- Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience - Minimum 5 years experience in involved technology - Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Basic knowledge ITIL Service Support - General windows knowledge - General AD knowledge - Office + Office 365 - Basic knowledge of networks - Good knowledge common office hardware - and software - Knowledge MS Office Packages - Can perform standard PC installation.
