Our client is a leading bank with a growing presence in Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced regional leader with proven track record of running production support services within the region to join their regional leadership team.
As a APAC Head for Production Support Services, you will be managing a team of 15- 20 and be responsible for :
Providing leadership and direction to the Production Support team for the region while taking complete ownership of the daily operations, performance and service availability.
Overseeing end to end financial of this vertical within the bank
Partnering extensively with security and risk teams for application security audits
Ensuring operational effectiveness while maintaining service continuity and effectively incidence response
Providing oversight for deployment of planned changes while collaborating with stakeholders to for relevant actions to be taken
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 12 years experience with at least 5 years experience managing Level 2 production support teams within banking / financial services industry in a regional capacity.
You will have strong technical expertise of platform engineering, cloud technologies and ITIL methodologies. You will have strong understanding of scripting skills such as Python, Bash, etc. You will have strong understanding of DevOps automation tools. You will have experience on Enterprise Service Management and Monitoring tools.
