Your new company This Chinese Bank has established a prestigious brand name in Hong Kong and China. Owing to its steady expansion, top Relationship Manager is needed to lead an established and seasoned team to further develop the business.
Your new role As the leader of the team, you will be guiding a team of 3-5 relationship managers to drive the growth on liabilities business. Customer relationship management and business development will be expected. Apart from serving a designated portfolio of accounts in the SME Commercial Banking segment, you will also conduct regular reviews and quality checks. Working closely with department head to maximize the revenue return for the bank by coaching the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have at least 8 years of front line experience within the commercial banking industry
Experience in promoting CASA , Deposit and cross-selling insurance & investment products
Team leading experience would be an advantage
An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
Immediate availability is preferred
