Meraki Talent's client is currently looking to hire a career-minded Client Services professional into their business on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role with a well respected and innovative Investment Management firm which has a UK wide presence. The purpose of this role is to support the Investment Director by providing world class client service and administrative support to the firm's Charity clients.
As a Client Services Executive you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, managing administrative processes, and playing a key role in the overall client experience.
Managing administration processes for clients
Acting as main point of liaison for clients between the Investment team and colleagues in Operations
Creation of client documents and presentations in advance of meetings
Management of the account opening process
Processing of client payments and provision of support to the valuations process
Gathering of information from clients to support client suitability process
For this exciting role, my client is seeking applications from experience client services professional who have worked in Financial Services with a strong preference for those who have Investment Management experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage end to end administrative and client processes and will have knowledge of the regulatory environment. This role is at Analyst/Associate level.
