Role Purpose: The Alpha organization is accountable for our clients' front-to-back digital experience, including myStateStreet.com and portals, and the underlying data infrastructure and data quality. The Head of Digital Experience will define and deliver on the strategic future state Alpha Platform digital experience, including labs, persona-based journey maps, and model offices, while managing and enhancing the current State Street digital experience (myStateStreet.com). This individual will work closely with the Head of Alpha, Alpha Platform Management, and Alpha Chief Information Officer to enable and drive distributed execution across the Charles River Development, Global Services, Global Markets, Global Technology, and Global Delivery organizations.
Build a leading front-to-back persona-based digital experience capability and plan through a combination of talent, best practices and partnering with leading third parties
Complete a comprehensive current state assessment of our solutions across user experience, functionality, information flow, technology and performance parameters
Execute on our current myStateStreet.com and portal commitments, including:
Enhancing tactical controls and resolving adut and resiliency issues
Creating a scalable product support model
Instrumenting myStateStreet.com with end user analytics
Improving core experience, e.g., reporting and onboarding
Accelerating time to market
Initiate prioritized development of improved user experience for committed segment initiatives, e.g. Alpha for Asset Managers and Asset Owner strategy, using analytics and proactive client feedback
Work with the Alpha Chief Information Officer to enable and deliver:
Underlying information flow and data delivery supporting the digital experience across files (CTI, ESP/EDW, AIS), messaging, DataGX direct and myStateStreet.com
Data enrichment to deliver usable data that is fit for purpose for investment professionals, eliminating the need for clients to manipulate the data themselves
Data integration to map across accounting data sets, which is complex for our clients to do themselves
Operating model requirements to enable quality data at the source systems
Full client digital experience, including on-boarding
Unified reporting across applications and business areas
Establish a series of interlocked plans across Alpha, Global Services, Global Product Management, Global Technology, and Global Delivery through governance and working groups
Deliver on future state strategic plans, including person-based journey maps, digital labs, and model offices
Collaborate with client users throughout product design to ensure delivery meets requirements and expectations
