Provide coordination support to the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP) on the key initiatives necessary to lead the business (75 advisors in the Hawaii Territory). Principal support for the FFVP providing all administrative functions for the territory including calendar management, travel management, meeting and conference coordination and developing communications. Provide day-to-day coordination and support for territory initiatives and project activities to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
Provide strategic support to the FFVP on the key initiatives necessary to lead the business (75 advisors in the Hawaii Territory).
Provide administrative support to the FFVP/territory including calendar management, travel management, expense management, presentation and meeting preparation, meeting setup and email correspondence.
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating territory events (i. e., Town Halls, Workshops, Focus Groups, etc.).
Negotiate venue contracts and reserve space, schedule speakers, manage vendors and participants and coordinate event logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentations and other materials required to support the event.
Manage the coordination of various Advisor Engagement Programs for the territory using various systems and tools, including Salesforce and Excel, to set up focus groups, manage enrollment in various campaigns, track attendance and enter notes on behalf of the FFVP.
Assist with the on-boarding of appointed Experienced Advisor Recruits (EAR) working closely with home office on-boarding support team to ensure paperwork is completed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong client service orientation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient with standard business hardware and software (including Microsoft Office products).
Strong time management skills. Strong mathematical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels in the company.
Ability to handle/maintain private and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
Associates degree or equivalent.
Financial experience including bill paying and reconciliation preferred.
