Support senior analysts on credit rating assignments that cover investment-grade and high-yield corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns;
Design and maintain financial models on individual corporate entities and databases on macro and industry trends;
Assist in the preparation of rating committee presentations, including credit memos, rating reports, financial data, and other materials;
Participate in meetings with corporate management, investment banks, regulators and other external parties on a regular basis;
Ensure personal compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations.
Travel will be required within the region.
Degree in finance / economics with 3-5 years' experience in an equity / credit / economics research role. Recent graduates with outstanding academic accomplishments and internship experience are also encouraged to apply;
Strong quantitative skills and business acumen; Keen interest in understanding corporate strategies and financial performance;
Self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment;
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint; Working knowledge of Bloomberg / WIND is a strong advantage;
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
