The role: This new position (upto Director level) which will involve effective Trust management, Compliance monitoring, Relationship management for both internal and external stakeholders and will allow excellent growth and progression opportunities long term. The ideal candidate will have proven Trust Management exposure, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of Trust Clients from a technical management perspective.
Develop and maintain adequate product knowledge to deliver full suite of trust and corporate services to clients
Maintain and develop a portfolio of ongoing client relationship, with a view to identify new opportunity while ensuring client satisfaction
Serve as a signatory for the trust company
Efficiently and effectively lead and manage initiatives and projects
Conduct regular review and analysis of business performance
Comply with the Group's internal control and audit standards
Attend Vistra Group Marketing events and other social events as appropriate
Strong technical knowledge of the trust and corporate structures
Well developed interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic; professional, approachable, results oriented, decisive
Strong relationship management skills
Solid understanding, and working knowledge of, traditional trustee company service business lines (Estate Planning, Trusts, and Private Client Tax and property management)
Exposure to asset allocation and management for all trusts, estates, and private wealth clients
Educated to degree level of equivalent professional qualification
STEP Diploma qualification would be an advantage
Possess at least 6 years of trust experience or applicable trust administration experience
Experience in client relationship management in Private Client industry
Proficient user of Microsoft Packages including Power point, Excel and Word
Inquisitive, self-motivated and able to inspire others to a high level of achievement
Strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime
Fluent written and spoken English. Ability to write and speak in Mandarin would be an advantage
