Your responsibilities will be to:
Provide legal support and advice to senior management and all internal stakeholders on legal matters
Draft and review standard template of legal documents, forms and agreements
Provide sound, coherent and commercially minded legal advice on all matters relating to the organisation's day-to-day activities
Review and provide recommendations on the legal aspects and considerations for the development and deployment of new products and services as well as any key business initiatives
Advise on the impact of laws, regulations and codes on current or proposed business activities
Coordinate legal feedback with external counsels (if any)
skills and experience required
Bachelor of Laws Degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Legal positions within law firms or financial institutions; experience in a start up or fintech environment will be an added advantage
You have a natural desire to learn and constantly evolve within your role and gain expertise
You are easy to work with and love to work in a fun, passionate team within a fast-paced and demanding ecosystem that keeps challenging you
