Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts - Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books - Transfer data to general ledger - Reconcile and balance all accounts - Collate and analyze account data and generate financial reports - Track and maintain inventory records - Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits - Comply with relevant reporting requirements - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent - Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Basic to intermediate accounting experience or education - Great data entry and keyboarding skills are a must - Problem solving & analysis - Must be able to work independently, problem-solve and accomplish tasks within deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills - High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills
