Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), Vice President
Corporate Finance is seeking an Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) subject matter expert to join the Business Controls Team. The ideal candidate will provide ICAM support, application understanding, role based security engineering and project management services related to privileged access management technologies. The role includes, but is not limited to, project management and other ICAM related activities such as framework development, integration into enterprise architecture, operational analysis, process design, policy review/development, and governance documentation.
Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM), Vice President, Specific Duties: Leverage SailPoint Identity Governance / RSA Aveksa to understand and document finance application and their accompanying roles and entitlements under IAM. Support identity life cycle management, access certifications, compliance, role discovery and management or access control solutions, including single sign on, enterprise authentication, authorization policies, and multi-factor authentication supporting different access control models. Provide subject matter expertise in integrating or "on-boarding" into the ICAM infrastructure. Review existing processes and procedures and implement efficiency activities wherever possible. Work to improve provisioning process design / business rules Create process and application documentation Creates, maintains, and reviews new relevant documentation to include, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures, project change control methodologies, and architectural diagrams. Provides adequate support and processes for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical applications. Work with information security and other corporate parties to streamline the provisioning/de-provisioning of users and other Active Directory objects that may require access approvals and audit trails.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or additional four  years of related experience in lieu of degree) required. 10+ year experience in IAM and governance with Program Management experience SailPoint Identity Governance and/or RSA Aveksa Governance Lifecycle Tools experience. IAM expertise including; Role management, entitlement, access certification, privileged access controls, separation of duties (SOD), user / application provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, etc. Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills Understanding of Information Security concepts, protocols, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements Knowledge of risks controls and processes. Commitment to excellence and high ethical standards Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately Ability to draft reports, create presentations. Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills.
