Serial Entrepreneurs are business owners who operate multiple businesses in Singapore and the Region. These are fast growing companies and Serial Entrepreneurs are attracted by solutions that are sustainable and can value-add to their business growth ambitions. The Segment RM team provides SMEs with a range of business banking solutions including Trade Finance, Contract Finance, Regional Finance, Working Capital Loans, Foreign Exchange Hedging and Cash Management Solutions.
The Segment Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Serial Entrepreneur segment to implement strategic initiatives to acquire, engage and deepen the Bank's wallet share with Serial Entrepreneurs. This involves data analytics, insight studies and marketing of relevant products and services to these customers. Beyond this, the role also involves building and/or enhancing solutions to attract Serial Entrepreneurs.
Work closely with Head of Serial Entrepreneur Segment to develop and enhance the Serial Entrepreneur segment strategy
Lead the customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts for the Serial Entrepreneur Segment and take on KPI for the same
Work with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to build new and/or enhance existing solutions and service propositions and positioning for Serial Entrepreneur segment
Work closely with Analytics to identify the right mechanisms to engage Serial Entrepreneurs
Lead marketing campaigns to create awareness and build brand for the Serial Entrepreneur segment
Minimum 7 years of segment management experience in Financial Institutions (customer acquisition, engagement, cross sell, segment development, marketing etc)
Highly analytical, methodical and structured in thought approach to problem solving with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver business solutions
Proficient in data analysis and insight development capability
Articulate communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional business units
Ability to present and write business papers with clarity and precision
Results oriented and organized with the ability to succeed in a dynamic organisation
