Mission Support a pool of clients on analyzing reported cases, working on a solution and communicating a step-by-step "how-to" procedure to the client. Drive the client evolution and subsequently the MX.3 platform evolution and contribute to implementation projects in the region.
Follow up on cases raised by customers till resolution, in accordance with CES Support Standards
Contribute to discussions with the business (traders, risk managers, BAs) in order to share Murex expertise
Contribute to the evolution of the MX.3 platform to align with the evolving market trends and needs
Deliver trainings to the clients' support team and end users
Interact with other Murex teams for the various missions assigned in order to ensure client satisfaction (in Product Division and Client Services Division)
Provide regular feedback to the FO leads on progress of issues and tasks and seek help when necessary
Contribute to delivery projects as FO stream member
JOB requirements Profile
Master Degree in Capital Markets, Computer Science, Mathematics-Statistics
At least 1 year of relevant experience (internships and apprentices included) ideally in a financial institution (ie front-middle office, treasury, accounting or IT) or in a system integrator/vendor for bank systems
Good financial knowledge
Fluency in English
IT Knowledge (Excel VBA, SQL, XML, Unix script)

Sense of client relationship and strong communication skills
