Lead transformation to enhance Finance operational efficiency in all functions with appropriate frameworks, methods and best practices across solutions delivery and execution process to enable Finance from traditional role of governance into guidance based support in providing efficient services, advanced analytics and demand planning to the company.
Job Description :
Work closely with stakeholders of Finance and other functions to review finance processes and organization, identifying opportunities to enhance finance partnering and reduce transactional effort to deliver an organization with improved efficiency and effectiveness
Lead and manage transformation programs / projects in areas such as operating model design, innovation, customer journey design, systems enhancement, and process re-engineering
Represent finance on cross-functional business projects as appropriate to ensure finance requirements are incorporated
Deliver operational improvement initiatives, produce professional quality work products such as process flows, user cases, business requirements, operational planning, implementation and testing as required, be a key team player to achieve measurable improvements in operational performance
Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in insurance industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to transform current processes with efficiency and cost improvement
Facilitate improvement workshops and meetings, collaboratively communicate and work with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare ad hoc strategic and financial analysis as required
Job Responsibility :
Qualified Accountant with bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
8 to 10 years of working experience with proven track record in leading sizable Business Transformation project for Finance & Business
Track record of experience in business improvement projects via process improvement, digitalization, analytics or automation, ideally within Finance domain
Able to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced and demanding environment
High caliber with self-motivated, result-driven and creative personality
Highly developed skills and extensive experience with business architecture and/or business process mapping
Proficient in MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, Excel, MS Project and MS Visio.
Knowledge in system architecture, software such as SUN Account, Macro and Visual Basic is an asset
Excellent communication skills with spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
