Assist Team Head of Expatriate Management to manage the firm's expatriates from Head Office, meanwhile providing high quality HR services, including but not limited to expatriates' salary calculation, benefit reimbursement, various HR data analytics, HR system maintenance, recruitment, etc;
Exposure in the learning & development function, such as organizing various training & seminars, formulating the firm's annual L&D plan, L&D cost management, etc;
Participate in other HR projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head / Department Head.
Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in economics, management, human resources, law, finance, or other relevant majors;
1 – 3 years working experience in financial or human resources industry, experience in Chinese financial institutions is highly preferred;
Proficient in MS Office, good at data analytics;
Good problem-solving and communication skills;
Familiar with and able to quickly adapt to the corporate culture of a Chinese institution;
Native Mandarin and fluent in English, good verbal and written skills.
