My client is a diversified property group specializing in commercial, residential and industrial developments internationally.
The purpose of this role is to ensure business operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. This role will include evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes, and having an in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.
The candidate will:
Oversee all business operations relating to compliance. Develop and implement regulations and policy. Review and evaluate current procedure and identify risk. Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget. Develop strategic direction and optimise capability and services. Design and monitor control systems. Perform periodic audits on company procedures.
Bachelor degree in Finance, Law, Business or Engineering is essential Investment industry experience; 10-15 years Investment Banking Experience; Experience devising investment strategy; Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an attention to detail; Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations;
