Develop, implement and administer HR programs and policies including, but not limited to, talent and performance management, advice and consultation on employee relations, benefits, recruiting and training for individuals based across the Asia Pacific offices. Manage special projects as assigned. Analyse problems and recommend solutions based on expertise and knowledge. Act as an experienced HR advisor with strong business acumen. Provide dedicated HR support and advice within the region. Counsel & coach and be viewed as a strong and effective partner to their clients. Works to remain up to date on regional changes in Employment Law and regulations and ensure such changes are in place. Respond to and resolve employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide HR reporting and people metrics analysis. Serve as the lead on project teams for rolling out policies and HR initiatives. Provides business unit specific insight and recommendations to the development of HR practices, systems, policies and initiatives. Work at times may be complex, time sensitive and highly confidential in nature and based on an in-depth knowledge of the business and HR processes.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with around 8 to10 years of relevant HR experience within financial or professional services. Broad cultural sensitivity and understanding. Attention to detail, excellent communication, consulting and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and to use good judgment in decision -making.
Experience with other Asian countries such as Singapore, Japan, Australia preferred.
