Minimum 3-years job experience with a fund management company (ideally equities long/short hedge fund management company, instead of long-only management company), private bank, or wealth management company, doing client service
Solid knowledge about long/short fund products, fund accounting (equalization credit, series accounting), and Bloomberg system
Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business or related major
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Good teamwork, independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
High proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a must).
Respond to existing and prospective investors on inquiries about topics such as fund performance and investment value etc., in a timely and professional manner
Go over fund terms with prospective investors, assist investors to fill in subscription and redemption documents, and review documents for KYC and AML purposes
Liaise with fund administrators and clients to solve issues in areas such as wire transfers during the subscriptions and redemption process
Assist IR team and marketing team to maintain relationship with investors and clients;
Generate various reports using Excel and systems such as Bloomberg on investors and investment portfolios
Prepare and update documents such as marketing materials and fund newsletters for investor DD meetings, marketing events, seminars, and conferences
