We are working with a fintech platform which provides private equity funds for secondary fundraisings to thousands of professional investors across the globe daily. Our client provides an online B2B technology, members-only platform, allowing buyers and sellers to connect. It is a disruptive business in an untapped part of the market with secondary transactions sub $30M, with currently 60 active fundraises. This is a sales role covering the UK secondary market. You will be responsible for finding and promoting the platform to LPs who want to sell their fund positions. This will include pension funds, asset managers, insurance companies, banks, corporations, funds of funds, and family offices. You will need to be comfortable working independently, be visible in the market, and be credible in-front of clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with LPs in the UK market
Map and approach new potential investors to increase coverage
Promote the platform to LPs
Manage sales processes through to completion
Hungry - you thrive off success and will go the extra mile to achieve results
Prior experience in private equity and / or sales
Comfortable working independently
Be visible in the market and credible in-front of clients
