Who we are looking for We are looking for three Client Servicing Representatives (two on Senior Associate and one on Officer level) for our Investment Manager Services (IMS) team in Frankfurt with immediate effect.

What you will be responsible for As Client Servicing Representative you will
Establish and maintain good business relationships with our client and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
Establish and maintain an effective collaboration with joint venture offshore teams as well as with onshore oversight teams
Address findings and errors in order to prevent occurrences and create written procedures where needed
Act as escalation contact for the client, several local and foreign banks, investment companies, brokers as well as internal departments globally
Independently research and resolve complex issues that may arise and liaise with various counterparts on behalf of the client
Support project work to conceptualize and implement new team related processes or optimize existing processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Successfully completed university degree in Finance, Economics or related areas of study
Operational experience in the financial servicing sector with understanding of various financial instruments, especially fixed income and derivatives
Fluency in German and English required, additional European languages highly beneficial
Good technical skills in using MS Office
