Your Tasks: Your agile squad is engineering the beating heart of our new investment advice platform by creating the core advisory capabilities from a customer, advisor and regulatory perspective. Together, you will design the suitability journey, ensure the traceability & auditing of data and provide alerts as well as the necessary information flow towards clients and coaches according to given regulations. As a "Customer Journey Expert", you are specifically responsible for the definition of the complete global suitability journey (while allowing some local exceptions) in addition to the processes & touchpoints related to the advice core module. Last but not least, you support with defining the advice data model and create an efficient reporting system of the advisory process.
5+ years of relevant industry experience e. g. in digital process design/management, customer research & analysis and/or (digital) investment product design
Experienced in investment advice projects or business models
Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
