Supporting business development function including attending to clients' enquiries and the preparation of ESOP proposals/marketing materials for prospective clients for Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") services.
Providing advice on ESOP planning (e.g. Option, RSA, RSU, etc) for clients implementing ESOP at Pre-IPO and Post-IPO stages.
Responsible for establishing documentation on ESOP services for new and existing clients and administration.
Drafting, reviewing and commenting on ESOP related documents.
Participating in system design, implementation, testing, delivery of ESOP related system.
Coordinating with bankers, asset managers, legal and tax advisors and other related parties for the provision of ESOP services.
Developing operational procedures and manual for ESOP services.
Working with the Trust Services team on ESOP services related matters and keep abreast of legislative changes and update on ESOP documentation in light of legislative changes.
Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor Degree in business related discipline. Accounting, Finance, Legal or Corporate Secretarial sectors are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in handling ESOP related services.
Have self-learning skill, high degree of self-motivation and detail-minded.
Excellent customer services and communication skills, with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
Ability to balance on working independently and working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Office and Power Point.
