Utilise oversight tools to monitor and promote successful supplier performance by:
Ensuring agreed SLA and contractual deliverables are achieved.
Monitoring KPI's and taking appropriate action where trigger points are crossed.
Assist with periodic on sight process reviews, identifying proposed enhancements as required.
Address and resolve day to day issues as raised by the Threadneedle business and suppliers, effectively escalating issues that cannot be resolved.
Maintain issues logs, monitor for trends and drive early resolution through attendance at regular internal and external meetings and direct contact with the parties involved.
Monitor supplier reports and MI deliverables
Develop an open and effective relationship with key Threadneedle functions including Distribution, Finance, Compliance and Investment Operations Oversight.
An understanding of Fund Industry practices and Transfer Agency operations
Prior experience of working within an outsourced environment as part of a client or supplier organisation.
