Stakeholder identification, assessment and engagement
Conduct Business Impact Assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g. volume, touch time and FTE impacts) to articulate impacts between current and target state and identify change management needs across impacted business units
Ensure identified business impacts are adequately addressed through training and communications deliverables
Support training development and delivery across impacted stakeholder groups
Support communications development and delivery to drive critical project messages across a broad range of global stakeholders
Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
Conduct workshops and meetings to deliver workstream outcomes and provide inputs for project governance forums
Occasional need to work on weekends to support testing and go live activities
Occasional need to liaise across time zones (Hong Kong, Middle East, United Kingdom, United States) to engage local stakeholders
May require occasional travel to support training and pre-live implementation activities
