Leading global provider of financial administration solutions is seeking a talented Client Portfolio Manager to join their Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and oversight of a portfolio of corporate clients for which the company provides corporate services, accounting, director and company secretarial services.
The person appointed will on-board and administer a varied portfolio of corporate clients engaged primarily (but not exclusively) in structured finance and debt and capital markets transactions with a clear understanding of their structure, purpose and rationale, undertake review and negotiation of transaction documentation and/or amendments to transaction documentation (in conjunction with counsel / Head of Corporate Services where applicable) to ensure consistency with scope of appointment and Company policy and risk appetite, ensure documents (including corporate services agreement, fee letters, share declaration of trust etc) are completed and signed in accordance with procedures and requirements and deliver excellent client relationship management and develop strong and effective working relationships.
To be considered, applicants must offer extensive experience of reviewing debt capital markets and structured finance documentation, a minimum of 5 years relevant and related experience working for a corporate services provider, a demonstrable ability to understand, consider and discuss complex securitisation and structured finance transactions and the ability to work independently, and to work effectively as part of a team, both within transaction management and in a multi-disciplinary setting.
