The APAC & EMEA Citi Consumer business is aggressively executing its digital strategy across the 17 markets in which it operates. A key enabler to Citi’s digital strategy is its desire to leverage its vast data assets and combine this with Machine Learning, AI, and its advanced analytical technology stack to automate and scale 1-to-1 personalized content and messages to each of its clients. The Personalization Journey Head will play a critical role in this data strategy by leading a team of Journey owners who will be dedicated to ideating, delivering, and end to end ownership of every data-led interaction a client or employee has with Citi. The role will work closely with Region & Country Senior Business and Product Managers, the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) Centre of Excellence, Technology, and Decision Management seniors to deliver Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with business analytics teams, identify and prioritize critical data lead journeys/applications that will have a material impact on client experience and business P&L
Working with different groups (business, technology, data scientists, etc.) lead the ideation and grooming of the end to end data product/journey (MVP 1, MVP 2, etc.)Â
Working closely with technology, translate and align the business solution into detailed technical specs. Secure any developers as required
Oversee and control the delivery of the journey to production live. Support the delivery team to remove any roadblocks that may occur quickly
Ensure the data products include all the necessary controls & monitoring required for a highly automated and scalable solution
Ensure data products have the tracking and experimentation needed to measure and improve the data products over time continually
Regular updates back to business seniors on how the data products are performing and plans on how to advance in subsequent versions
Marketing of data applications - business-wide communication of what solutions are available, their impact and what is next
Obtain any funding required to deliver and maintain the data product (resources, licenses, technology, etc.)
Align capabilities across the different Journeys - ensure all technical features designed so they can be scaled and used for future journeys
A clear strategy and plan for each data product/journey. Able to describe how we are building agile and how we will iterate to improve
