Provide technical solutions for GLDC internal / external clients' course delivery on the LMS platform.
Technical Delivery for Performance Academy:
Support Learning Management Systems maintenance / reporting functions
Continual UAT testing.
Manage Instructor Lead Training experiences.
Manage Virtual Live Training experiences (Zoom, BLUEcast Studios)
Responsible for understanding stakeholders training content requirements.
Provide consultative feedback on how to successfully build learning plans / curriculum to achieve stakeholders desired goals within SVB's learning management system (LMS).
Upload and manage courses and training programs in the LMS for external customers.
Oversight for formatting and publishing of training content in the LMS.
Enrollment Management, Reporting and Communications
Manage course completion reports.
Manage enrollment updates for ILT and VLT training deliveries.
Manage enrollments for all delivery types.
Manage LMS reporting and analytics
Manage all communications for Performance Academy
Assist with the life-cycle execution of Learning Events and curriculum for Performance Academy.
Manage GLDC Performance Academy Service Queue site for stakeholder LMS request.
Manage required logistic functions such as: Facilitator and or SME scheduling, Conference Room scheduling, Catering, Training Material Orders
HS Diploma/GED required. BA/BS preferred. Instructional Technology, Multi-Media Development, Business, Adult Learning or related field highly preferred.
Two plus years of Human Resources experiences and or Adult Education / Training and Development.
Demonstrated Event Planning Experience.
Proficiency in E-learning industry-standard software packages such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline for course output and Learning Management Systems delivery preferred.
Proficiency in Event Planning.
Ability to leverage and apply design thinking or similar design methods to create client-centric solutions.
Ability to build successful relationships with a variety of constituents is essential; establishes rapport with business SME's, learning and development professionals and customers, and works effectively with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated knowledge of agile, iterative development methodologies.
Adaptability; learns quickly and responds positively to complexity and change.
Comfortable working in an environment that is constantly evolving.
Team player with superior people skills and a positive attitude.
